Sometimes, we are asked to mediate in professional disputes. We are ideally placed to do this as we are entirely independent. We have developed an approach to mediation that is based on best professional practice. It is confidential, thorough and even-handed. Whilst this could never be described as a favourite part of the job, it is nonetheless vital in supporting the harmonious, efficient and effective running of the school.
