We are often asked to help with school improvement. We're really happy to do this and have lots of ideas and tried and tested resources that can really help. However, you know your school best, so a lot of what we do when we are undertaking this work is actually creating the space you need to think.

We're experienced with working with individuals and whole leadership teams to support the development of your school. In 2024-5, our school improvement work included vision and strategic direction, putting systems and structures in place, developing behaviour approaches, performance management and school development planning.

Our work in this area is always bespoke to you and based on where you and your team are on your leadership journey. Local knowledge in your area is often a key component of this approach.
