Exit Interviews

Exit interviews can be a powerful and useful tool for uncovering valuable insights into the actual experience of staff in the school. They can offer first hand perspectives around any issues, giving you an opportunity to fix them. They can also help to develop a strategy to reduce staff turnover and add value to the culture of the school.

Of course, openness is key, and having somebody conducting the interview who is trained and impartial tends to mean that there is a higher uptake and feedback can be of the most use.

We are experienced in sensitively conducting empathetic exit interviews and have developed a best practice framework which you can preview here.

Feedback to the school is also conducted in a sensitive but open manner.
